Monday, 5/12: Wind Ensemble and Orchestra Dress Rehearsal at the Met from 6:00 - 6:45 PM. They need to be ready to play by 6, and we will dismiss by 6:45 at the latest.

Tuesday, 5/13: Wind Ensemble performs on Spring Orchestra Concert. They will wear their formal attire and should arrive by 6:00 PM. The concert begins at 6:30 PM.

Friday, 5/16: Strawberry Festival Parade. Report to the Band Room by 3:30 PM. The parade begins at 6:00 and we will be near the end. When it finishes, we will pack up, eat strawberry shortcake at a local church, then return to MHS. We anticipate a 9:30 PM arrival home.

Monday, 5/19: Uniform Turn In at the Band Room beginning at 4:00 PM. Seniors may leave as soon as they finish. All current band members should come and confirm all their uniform parts are correct, then check them in with the Uniform Team so we can prepare for dry cleaning. We will hold our Band Camp Meeting in the band room following this endeavor.

Monday, 5/19: Band Camp Meeting at 7:00 PM. This is open to all 2025/2026 membership and their families. We'll talk about all the information you need to know going into this year's away band camp.

Saturday, 5/24: MHS Graduation. Students that drive themselves must park at South Middle and ride the shuttle to MHS. Parents may drop off other members at the Band Room on Edgewood. Report Time is 8:00 AM to set up chairs, stands, and the sound system. Then, we will do a brief rehearsal with Choir. The ceremony should begin at 10:00 AM and should conclude by 12:30 PM unless we experience adverse weather.
