Summer Band Week 2

Monday, 7/14: 

• Full Band 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM  **NOTE THE TIME

  • Dinner will be from 5:00 - 5:45 PM. An adult will be in the rehearsal location for students that need to stay on campus for this meal. 

Tuesday, 7/15: 

• Flute Sectional 8:00 - 8:50 AM

• Woodwind Sectional (Flutes, Clarinets, Altos, Mellophones) 9:00 - 11:00 AM

• Tuba Sectional 12:00 - 12:50 PM

• Brass Sectional (Trumpet, Tenor Sax, Trombone, Baritone, Tuba) 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

• M&M Practice 3:30 - 7:30 PM

Wednesday, 7/16: 

• Clarinet Sectional 8:00 - 8:50 AM

• Woodwind Sectional 9:00 - 11:00 AM

• Low Brass (Tenor Sax, Trombone, Baritone) Sectional 12:00 - 12:50 PM

• Brass Sectional 1:00 - 3:00 PM

• M&M Practice 3:30 - 7:30 PM

Thursday, 7/17: 

• Alto / Mellophone Sectional 8:00 - 8:50 AM

• Woodwind Sectional 9:00 - 11:00 AM

• Trumpet Sectional 12:00 - 12:50 PM

• Brass Sectional 1:00 - 3:00 PM

Friday, 7/18: 

• Band Photos 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

  • Instructions for ordering photos will be emailed out prior to this day. We will do the full band photo first, then Student Leadership and Seniors, then Section Photos, and end with Individuals. Once students finish photos, they'll assist loading the trailer for Away Camp and then are dismissed. 

  • During Individuals, we will have adults passing out the Fast Passes for Away Camp. 

Saturday 7/19: 

• We are taking a Pep Band to the Mohigan Football Steak Fry at Mylan Park. Section Leaders will be communicating needs with students interested and able to participate. 

 

Away Band Camp

• Directors, Band Staff, and Chaperones will be going to Jackson's Mill on Sunday evening to set up. Chaperones may bring their students only. 

• Drop Off will begin Monday Morning, 6:00AM.  Student should be ready to practice no later than 9:00A.  Eat breakfast before arriving.

  • Students with a Fast Pass may be checked in at their cabin

  • Students without a Fast Pass must be checked in at the Assembly Hall
